Here are some shots from last nights 27th Annual Festival At Sandpoint with Firefall and Poco.

This was the first night of many! We had some close lightning and it looked like we might not be
able to finish the night without getting rained on, but it never happened. The concert went on without any problems.

Rebecca and Pete are from Seattle and they love to ski, so why not get married at a ski resort. Hey that’s a good idea! Well they did, at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Sandpoint Idaho. It turned out to be a great day, the sky just opened up at the most perfect time. They got married at the top of the mountain with the most beautiful scenery in all directions. Rebecca and Pete are the nicest people and of course they have a lot of great friends and family to share this day. And they even skied down the mountain together for the first time as husband and wife.

I was very fortunate to be apart of the Vertical Express for MS at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. I got to ski with and see a long time friend that I have not seen in years. Jimmy Huega was one of the racers that influenced me as a young racer. I new at 6 that I wanted to be an Olympic Medalist someday and Jimmy along with others helped with that.

Over the years as I progressed closer and closer to that dream, I was able to make friends with some of the very people that I idolized back then. It was great to see Jimmy again after all those years.

These images are from this event and what a bunch of fun people having great fun for a great cause. I particularly liked the old school style of some of the old time racers. You know who you are!!!
